What happened?

I logged into a second account after creating a test server, for some reason shows as like the second image provided, (where im able to leave the server, but once i "leave" it kicks me out and the member(s) there as well? but then i get a red dot next to my alt account and main (both sides are showing a numberless indicator)

(example for "Revolt Bots" server, (yes I own it, hence I thought it was necessary to show)
