Anyway to force ofxUITabBar to be horizontal instead of vertical?

Would be really great if you could define the direction of the ofxUITabBar, at the moment it wastes a lot of screen space if you only have a few canvases you want to switch between and the length of your canvas is long. Would be great to specify in that case for the tabs to be laid out horizontally..... Anyway of doing this?
