Update https://github.com/rfordatascience/tidytuesday/blob/main/.github/pr_instructions.md and https://github.com/rfordatascience/tidytuesday/blob/main/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md to suggest using {tidytuesdayR}. It's probably easiest to wait until the tidytuesdayR update is on CRAN before doing this (otherwise we need to update twice). Also mention it in the dataset issue template to strongly encourage them to use it if they already have the data.
