The mode doesn't change if the key is the same

Changing the press mode (once or continuous) didn't work for me when the key was the same. Switching to a different key allowed setting the desired mode.

footswitch -s w
footswitch -a w
footswitch -k w # doesn't work, the key is sent just once when pressed
footswitch -k b
footswitch -k w # now works as expected
