this build does not compile stand alone as is

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:40 (add_subdirectory):
add_subdirectory given source "opencpn-libs/api-16" which is not an
existing directory.

found an api-16 in /libs/ use that it then compiles a 4 meg binary that crashes on OSX
