Ensure that UXD Hub on top of Expression Engine is cleared for use in storing and accessing UXD team content, some of which might be proprietary.

Based on discussion in May 3 UXD Hub Admin sync, will take the approach to put everything behind a login wall for now to make content accessible to Red Hatters only. Would be ideal to integrate with SSO so the Hub team does not need to manage user accounts for even casual users. @cshinn will get the process started to request SSO coverage.
