Select the content database to use (BaseX; eXist-db; MarkLogic).
Support invoking a query on a database (BaseX; eXist-db; MarkLogic).
Support running the currently selected editor window as the query script.
Support selecting the context item (XPath/XQuery) or input (XSLT/SPARQL) to use -- from a file, or from the currently selected editor window.
Support passing variables to the query.
