Add support for running BaseX tests.

processor.test -- API
processor.impl.qt3.processor -- Run the tests using the processor.query API for BaseX, eXist-db, MarkLogic, Saxon, etc.
processor.impl.qt3.xijp -- Run the QT3-test-suite style tests using the XQuery IntelliJ Plugin lexer, parser, and inspections.
