This has to be something with permissions on the rhel-df93 user..
When you login to console.redhat.com, using the lab user, rhel-df93, and go through the image builder process, when you get to the point where you can add a custom package, no matter what you search for, there are no available packages. If i do this as my own user, it works as expected.

I have temporarily changed the instructions in the lab to NOT have users add packages, this seems to be due to a bug in IIB. Once that is resolved, ill put it back.
