openscap: PCI-DSS policy baseline changed in scap-security-guide

The PCI-DSS baseline was changed from v3.2.1 to v4 following PCI guidance. As a result, the screenshots and rule failure highlighted at the end of Step 3 doesn't show up in the new report as a result.

Step 4 still works as the rule is present in the profile, just not in the baseline scan.

We should look for a new rule to highlight in the v4 baseline profile
