Here is a link to the site with info about getting a police record for volunteers or people working with children. There are different reports you can request the most common one is: "Arbete inom skola eller förskola (442.5)". How it works is each volunteer fill out the request form and emails (or posts) it the the police. Then after a few days you receive a physical letter in the post. Each volunteer takes that letter and shows it to the organization they are working or volunteering for. Impotantly, the organization is not allowed to keep the document on file. The organization only verifies that there are no offenses.
