the app starts and crashes with not error messages displayed and the console is empty

There is a require for 'controller' at the top of the file which doesn't exist and causes the application to crash.

This is fixed in: http://github.com/dj2/hotcocoa/commit/f83464aa3674656c8ffc2ecf4b3f858601284b91
