有 界面AV 和对应的导航条 AN ， 界面AV 触发事件。产生一个新的导航条BN 和界面BV AV present BN ，BN中的相关界面内部逻辑处理完以后 BN dismiss ， AN push AaV(一个新界面) 这个时候，Aav 的左上角 返回按钮 没有加载出来。 所有VC 都继承与一个基类VC

如果采用 系统的返回按钮，则可以正常显示。。希望能尽快回复

也打印了nav的栈信息

同时发现，继续push 下个界面的返回按钮图片正常加载。再pop回去。则这个界面的back 按钮，也正常加载出来了

查看图层解析 出问题的时候 并没有item加载出来
