Enhancement: dashboard-wide query

It would be nice to have an additional query that would OR/AND in addition to all the views in the current tab

I'll widen the purpose of this feature request. Here is a list of proposed changes. Please respond as to which ones you would agree to:

1. Parameterizable workspaces/views: preferably in GET query_param (we talked about that one on IRC)
2. Hyperlink mappings for host/svc: provide a config mapping in all views or at least grid to create clickable links to internal or external webpage (e.g. for sending user to documentation for service foo, or to graphite for host node01)
3. Colours in log view
4. Alternative grid with custom PKs: related to grid: events don't expire when using custom attributes in rows/columns #72 and Pass row/column keys to prioqueue. fixes #72 #73
