cli tool for creating provisioning profiles and certificates

would be really useful to have a cli tool for alt sign including the macos/windows hacks to get the anisette data.

So started working on such a tool, very originally called "no xcode". however I'm having trouble authenticating. In the second step of the process an error code (-22410) is returned, like reported in #909. Restarting which was reported as a solution didn't help.

I had issues getting -22411, and it turned out the issue was 2FA, so I had to add the Apple ID to my phone to get it to work. Not sure if -22410 is related.
