Indonesia telephone numbers are made up of 11-13 numbers split into groups of 3

@yahorsi Hey, so I am currently the only contributor on this project as the original developer went MIA. I'm happy to help but have very minimal time other than small fixes and publishing new versions. If you make a PR, I can help get it through to the next release
