Screen sharing in buffering when I change webcam status

When I screenshare something and I change the status of my webcam (from active to inactive and vice-versa) the livestream of my sharing goes in buffering just for me (the other participants can keep seeing the stream normally).
I tried disabling the openh264 and the screen sharing returns but goes off again when I re-change the webcam status.
Edit: I noticed the same pattern when I activate or disable the microphone.
I'm on MacOS 15.2 and with everything up to date.

I'm not sure why this happens, but it has something to do with the videoQualityModule function, since it does not occur when it is disabled.
