Sorry for the delay. So, by offset, I mean not necessarily starting at 00:00:00, etc... Because there are transcription tasks in which you have to go by the embedded timestamp in a video, for example. So, for example, if timestamps are available based on the length of the clip, but the clip has an embedded timestamp that does not start at 0, then adding an offset to make it line up. Similarly, with editing, you might want to add a timestamp in at certain intervals, specific locations, or if they are auto-detected, modify them for various reasons, be it rounding, inaccurate detection, etc... |

I think this is a feature many of these tools has that would be a nice addition--the ability to include, edit, offset, etc...
