Find hot glue sticks
Determine which audio plug wire should be used for each contact point (or if it even matters) on the mics.
Soder audio plug writes to mics. Reinforce contact points with shrink tubing and hot glue.
Double check finished mic. If it works, crack open the other mic and repeat steps.

A second USB audio adapter will be needed if the software ends up supporting to mic inputs. However, we should at least create the second mic while we still have the supplies and know-how to do so in order to have a spare even if the software only needs one mic.

Found glue sticks.

Red connects to red, black to the other one. Cover with hot glue to prevent shorting the tiny wires. Don't forget to add shrink tubing before attaching the wires.
