Current Behavior

we are facing multiple accessibility voilations for Form component.

i could also find the same voilations in the live playground.

Expected Behavior

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download Accessibility Extension.
2. Go to the page-> Developer tools-> Accessibility Assessment
3. Hit the scan button
4. Filter out the Voilations.

We would be happy to accept any PRs that improve the default accessibility, or extend our API to configure the default HTML attributes to avoid conflicts that result in accessibility problems. We may need some help triaging and identifying specific issues with suggested solutions.
