Apps not downloading

Hi,
I installed the play store just as mentioned here, but if I open it and select an app for download it says always "download pending".
Do you know how I can solve this?

BTW: You don't need to open the case to get an adb connection. You can install an app to enable adb debugging over WIFI. Then you can do a adb connect xx.xx.xx.xx from your workstation and go ahead with copying the files.
