creating hourly resolution outputfile not working

Describe_the_bug

• when I run python ramp.py -i ramp/input_files/chps -n 1 -y 2022 the calculation of the demand profile in minute resolution works fine, but there is no outputfile in hourly resolution
• the full error message can be seen in the screenshot
