The mode neg_depb_to_oppb allows for swapping of negative depot rotations to opportunity rotations. This could be done before running the simulation, since the total rotation consumption is already calculated in the pre_simulation. If the consumption is bigger than the battery capacity, the depot rotation will end up negative.
