Add max power in peak load windows to results #216

Please add "max_power_in_plw" to results, "time_windows" are defined in config.

summary_vehicles_costs:
- main prio.
- as column behind "maximum_gc_power"
- also: please transform .csv so columns become lines and vice versa
gc_overview:
- if possible without too much effort
- as column behind "maximum_power"
gcs -> info.json: if possible without too much effort
- if possible without too much effort
- in "power_peaks" -> "total_in_plw"
