each of the individual help pages gets injected into the main one upon selection of the desired step
instead of a select box where the user can choose a step, the help page is now one page with a navbar that scrolls to the selected step

Adds a help page. This shouldn't break anything as it is very separate from anything else going on and has also been online without complaints for a while now :)
If you have any suggestions to make it nicer let me know.
