More concretely, instead of loading the template:

oemof-B3/scripts/prepare_conv_pp.py

Line 120 in b90f821

scalar_template = pd.read_csv(in_path4, delimiter=";")

You could import HEADER_B3_SCALARS from oemof_b3.tools.dataprocessing and/or use format_header.
