Explain confluence2html in the Readme

Hi.

I downloaded the repo to see the book.
However, I do not have the utility confluence2html.
Where can I find it?

Ah sorry about that, need to update the readme

The confluence2html utility is here: https://github.com/rmloveland/confluence2html

it is written in Perl and needs some extra libraries from CPAN. I should really switch to something easier for other people to use

(Also, I should update the readme to clarify the book is not close to done but that's a separate issue)

In the meantime if you don't feel like installing a bunch of Perl stuff I have built the HTML and put it in this paste:
