Offline Capabilities

Good day,

I am looking for a map solution for a React Native app that would let users select part of a map, download map data, and then while offline, load the map data, put in a destination on that map area, get a route generated, and have navigation implemented. Would rnmapbox let me have route generation and navigation offline? Or just route generation at least. I am trying to figure out how flexible rnmapbox offline capabilities are.
