Prioritize results that touch less Major Versions #32

It'd be nice if we could prioritize Upgrade Paths where we touch less Major Versions.

So ideally we should show the second upgrade path first since it doesn't touch anything but v9.4 and v11.

Upgrade Steps / Hops: 2
 Path: ['9.4.7', '9.5.15', '11.1']
 Path: ['9.4.7', '9.4.20', '11.1']
 ^^ 2 upgrade paths found
