Iphone X time zone #10

Time zone is not shown correct in HA app for Iphone X. My case is +3 hours.
I have HA installed on Android, Windows where the time is ok.

I used simple configuration:

entity: sensor.date_time_iso
other_time:

Europe/Bucharest
type: 'custom:clockwork-card'
