Hi im a bit of a noob when it come to all this smarthome that incorporate using github and HA can someone tell me how to download this file? step-by-step

Hi mate! All been there! Go back to the first github page, click on the clockwork-card.js file, then click on the button in the top right that says RAW.
From here, you can do an easy CTRL+A then CTRL+C to copy the whole thing.
CTRL+V (Paste) it into a text file where you want it to go. Rename the file clockwork-card.js
