[robotics] Add thoughts about syncing real and sim robot

General idea:

• Present: At what is currently asibot-hmi/programs/webInterface the main idea es sending commands simultaneously to real and sim robot.
• Proposal: It seems like a master-slave architecture could be better in practical use cases:
  1. Real robot is master, tracked by sim robot slave: Nice demos such as the one proposed at Create app xml: teoSim track TEO in gcmp mode (demo) teo-main#30
  2. Sim robot is master, tracked by real robot slave: Collision avoidance such as what will be achieved once Improvements on YarpOpenraveControlboardCollision openrave-yarp-plugins#53 is done.
