Torrent finsihed, waiting for download links and other messages

Hi, I am new to RDT Client and my first few downloads went well, instantly available, files not failing. That was yesterday and now today I am seeing things I am not sure how to resolve. Right now I have two problems. The first is seeing Torrent finished, waiting for downloads links then every so often, 1/1 downloads done with errors. Not entirely sure what these messages mean. Looking at the logs it just seems like the files are being downloaded over and over again but I cant tell for sure. Was hoping to get someone to check this out to let me know.

Along with those logs, I do see Zurg logs showing the following, so I am assuming this means the files need to be downloaded to real-debrid? There are 22 episodes in the season I am trying to get and there are only 16 listed downloads it seems.

My other issues are in Radarr and Sonarr. Sonarr during all the above just posted an error state "Download warning: qBittorrent is reporting an error". So not entirely sure how to work with that. Radarr on the other hand has been erroring stating cant determine is the file is a sample. I have been trying different files and media but still the same error.

Really just hoping for some guidance since this is new to me. I used this guide to set up my services

You're on a super old version, have you tried updating to the latest verion?
