This is issue is solved completely

Here we can all the unique tags are added. This is done by iterating projects>tags.

Here we can see by in the url , it will be changed by clickng on the TAGS and dynamicallyu fetch the projects.
@rohitdasu , thanks for giving my first opensource experience.
