  1. Make the User Directory visibility default to "On" in onboarding
  2. Fix display bug - If a user doesn't enter an additional data point like title or alternate email, their name doesn't currently display

  1. There is no "default" value definition in terms of client application. The client application displays the current visibility status as it comes from the backend, and updates it according to the user selection. If you want some "default" value at the time of the profile creation, please address this issue to Core BB. The client application has no idea if a profile is newly created or not, and given visibility selection is some predefined value or conscious choice of the user.

  2. @pmarkhennessy, I need a recreation scenario for [TASK] Profile Privacy Defaults #4766.

Number 2 above is still a bug.
In 6.1.57, user Natalie Helregel set her visibiliy to "On" but did not edit anything else. Please take a look at the User Directory. You will see a blank row under Ch'nel Duke. This is Natalie. If she would go and add a data point like her title, only then will her name show up.

Number two is still an issue in 6.1.62 on prod.

After fulfilling #4814 in version 6.1.64, this issue should be also resolved.
