Visitor has to re-enter coupon code

Should the user have to re-enter the coupon code during checkout on the payment screen? I see the coupon code applied throughout checkout until payment. Then it goes away. I'm using Spree 0.60.

Hmm, we haven't observed any behavior of this sort. Steps to reproduce? Gemfile?

I seem to have tracked it down to having a coupon with a usage limit of 1. Could it be re-applying the coupon somehow through the checkout process? If I up the limit then it seems to stick through the checkout process.
