[IDEAS] Colab version & ENTAR #6

Hi there, your project goal is cool so we wanna suggest you some - maybe - interesting ideas for it.

Colab version: upscaling/restoring process using GANs is a computational-heavy task for many home PCs. A (powerful) Colab notebook with a cool GUI like yours would be really great.
Check out ENTAR project by @tg-bomze that uses a combination of tools for the restoration: collaboration between project that has similar-goals could benefit all.
