Couple of related things, one or more projects depending on decisions/time:

Rework qualtrics_api_credentials() to use arg datacenter_id checked against list (see fetch_survey produces "Error: Qualtrics API raised a bad request (400) error" #333)
Add support to query Qualtrics's mocking server, rework tests (fetch_survey produces "Error: Qualtrics API raised a bad request (400) error" #333, Regenerate all test fixtures #294)
Add keychain support for more private API keys (More secure storage of credentials #145)
Add Oauth support to credentials (Support for OAuth (vs. API Token)? #318, Use client_credentials grant type with this library #209)
