I'm getting ready to package targets on conda-forge (as I did for drake). @wlandau, do you want to be included in the maintainers list for the conda-forge package? As I'm sure you've noticed from drake, this mostly involves getting some automated messages each time the build system updates the package.

Also for stantargets, tarchetypes, and any other associated packages I may be missing.

Absolutely, yes, that would be awesome! (Though stantargets specifically will take a while to reach CRAN because it is beginning the rOpenSci review process and it has dependencies that are not yet on CRAN.)
