How is the rotation of marker handled in this project?

Hi,

I hope you're doing well! Could you please help me understand the logic behind how marker rotation is handled? I have a marker with text, but I've noticed that when I rotate the map, the markers get offset and appear in different locations, which is quite frustrating. However, they work perfectly when the map is not rotated.
