Trying to set up the snapcraft webhook via Set up webhook fails with:

The GitHub Webhook could not be created. Please try again or check your permissions over the repository.

@gavanderhoorn Could you look into extend my permission to allow creating webhooks in the repo? Currently, the Settings tab only provides a small subset of settings.
