[FR] Make activity feed RSS available without authorization #20

By far not all RSS readers can authenticate. This prevent from reading the activity feed via RSS in e.g. opensource Flym on Android (https://f-droid.org/en/packages/net.frju.flym/)

abf.io/import is a public place, its RSS feed can be made public.
