Request: page for IRC channel

It would be nice if we had a page with a web IRC client for visitors.
We could add www.rosedu.org/irc with and iframe:

[iframe src="http://webchat.freenode.net?channels=rosedu&uio=d4" width="647" height="400"][/iframe](change [] in to html tags.)

We could also link it from the the main page with a logo (like this http://cuchatlive.net/images/irc_protocol_l.png) next to the fb, g+, twitter logos.

Added both rosedu.org/irc and link to main page. I thought that this one didn't fit too well among those red and blue icons, so i searched for another logo.

What if we replace the standard sidebar with one describing IRC and how to
get an Irc client?

I would replace "Talk to us" with "Chat with us" on http://www.rosedu.org/irc/.

I've changed the traditional sidebar with another one containing an IRC description and some links to IRC clients. I've also replaced some text as @andradaq suggested. Please review 😃.

Lgtm, dar sunt ceva probleme de aliniere la pidgin, e un fel de
stanga-dreapta. As pune ChatZilla in aceeași fraza cu restul.
