ROSS Conf needs a new logo.
Previous editions first had a logo by Danny Lelieveld that'd autogenerate based on the city it'd be hosted in: https://github.com/rossconf/logo-generator
... and a logo by Nick Visser that depicted Zachary Scott, one of the maintainers that joined for ROSS Conf Berlin.

We can ask the person who made the new Ruby NL, Amsterdam.rb and RailsGirls logos?
