Question: Can't the svgs have transparent background like webp? #63

Since Emacs 29 supports the alpha-background parameter for setting transparency, can SVGs also have a transparent background, rather than adapting to the theme color or a specified color? In my case, the SVG background appears opaque even though my background is transparent.

Here's what it looks like without the opacity applied:

I'm not sure actually. Can you open directly a SVG with some transparency and see it it works ? If yes, then it might be possible to do it.
