GitX “Enable Terminal Usage” not allowing git diff piping #475

I enabled terminal usage in GitX and then tried doing:

git diff production | gitx

Then, nothing. GitX doesn't open, and there are no error messages.

I am using GitX-dev (rowanj fork) Version 0.15.1964 dev (0.15.1964) and iTerm2 Build 3.2.3.
