Search Feed Error on Roku portal using the feed json generated from Channel Manager tool v1.0.1.4 #193
Comments
I'll need your feed file to investigate further. |
Thats my file: https://storage.googleapis.com/pri-dev-account.appspot.com/testsearch.json generated by the tool |
Sorry, but, I need the Json feed you used to create the search feed. Not the resulting search feed. |
Np! That's the feed JSON used to create the search feed to test small: https://storage.googleapis.com/pri-dev-account.appspot.com/test.json |
This may be a problem with the Roku validation process. Please see #186 . Your search feed seems valid, especially considering that some of the complaints are for optional values. I would suggest you contact Partner Success or the contact form for specific help. There have been past complaints about the search validation process on the Roku forum. Please post back when you hear from them. |
Have you resolved this? |
