Greetings...
is it possible to tell us about the beta versions.
I see the releases but i dont know...is it safe to use any of them?
When a stable version will come out ?
I know this is not easy to tell but any guess ?

Also one other thing...please add an optional pause switch.
I know we can use.... exdupe -L file.full 2>&1 | more but a switch i think will be more better if you add a -p switch
example
exdupe -L file.full -p

And one final request since a lot of beta out there please add a stamp of version used for creation
Example
This archive created by 3.6beta version of exdupe

I'm having it in feature freeze now, so I'll only fix bugs, and then at some point call it final.

I think the current latest version is pretty stable now. There can be minor issues (just see the commit log), but I don't think there are any fatal errors like data corruptions.

I'll make -L write to stdout, so that you only have to type "exdupe -L file.full | more".

Is there any reason not to use more? It's much more powerful than exdupe could ever be.

If you try and restore a file with the wrong version, it will print something like:

exdupe31 -R f tmp
This file was created with eXdupe version 1.1.0.dev-36. Please use the exact same version to restore it

But maybe I should add an option to see such details for an archive. Also, I just noted that -L will not give this error message (will fix that soon)...
