Timeout on push ?

Sometimes on our app we don't receive push .Is it possible that there is a timeout or something if we don't have internet connection for a long time ? i don't know how many times

If you use pushd to send notifications to the endpoints of google, apple or microsoft, then it is up to them how they schedule your notifications together with the other billions of notifications that they deliver to the different phones. If there is a peak of messages on the network already there might be a delay.
