Help! Just updated to latest version. Lost MIDI commands and Profile.

I updated to latest version (6.0.1) and now MIDI Command page is blank, Profile points to an adobe file that is empty and my BCF2000 does not have any effect on LR Classic. Can someone ELI5 and walk me out of this situation?

Lightroom Classic & MIDI2LR are loaded on a Win 10 desktop. I mess with MIDI2LR about once a year, just long enough to forget everything, usually to update to latest version. The keymap is how I want it so haven't made modifications for years. I did replace an SSD and may have scrambled file locations. I do see "Connected to Lightroom" and the Lightroom Plug-In Manager shows the MIDI2LR plugin "installed and running". However, the MIDI2LR page is blank ie no commands. I assume I need to point the program to my saved keymap (LOAD) and profile (Settings --> Profile) files, but don't know what or where to look for them.

Any help explaining what a keymap file looks like and where it is likely hiding as well as the Profile, would be greatly appreciated.
